Harlan Hubbard Exhibition at Behringer-Crawford Museum

Highland Heights, Kentucky – The Behringer-Crawford Museum in Covington's Devou Park is currently featuring an exhibition on the life and work of Kentucky painter and writer Harlan Hubbard. It's called "The Complexity of Simplicity--Harlan Hubbard 1900-1988". The exhibition runs through September 20. WNKU's Steve Hirschberg took a tour of the displays with Laurie Risch, the museum's executive director.

It's also been great business for Disney since it started marketing products inspired by its cartoon princesses about ten years ago. Now, Disney is set to release a film about an African-American princess. But, a local author thinks the princess phenom trancends race.
