FreeStore Aims for Bountiful Thanksgiving

Highland Heights, KY – With Thanksgiving fast approaching, the FreeStore Foodbank is making sure everyone in the tri-state has food on their tables. Volunteers began packing boxes full of food last week, and the Monday morning of Thanksgiving week, people began picking them up.

Building Value Changes Lives, Receives Award

Highland Heights, KY – A Non-profit organization in Walnut Hills is being recognized for its achievements in recycling. Building Value will receive an award Tuesday after diverting nearly 2000 tons of trash from landfills. This, however, is just a small part of what the organization has achieved in the last year.
