Looking back at last year's state of the city address

Cincinnat, OH – Cincinnati Mayor Charlie Luken will deliver his annual state of the city address this morning to an invitation only audience at Union Terminal. During last year's speech before the Rotary Club the mayor said he was setting clear and measurable objectives to judge his success in 2002. The mayor said in a year people could look back to see where he succeeded and where he stumbled. WNKU's Jay Hanselman talked with Cincinnati Post City Hall Reporter Kevin Osborne to review last year's speech and the mayor's progress.
