Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati will be the last of four voter –approved casinos to open in Ohio. The Cincinnati Casino scheduled to open in spring of 2013 kicked off  it’s first round of recruiting efforts last month and people interested in  dealer positions have until September 16th to apply .

The September issue of Cincinnati Magazine, now on newsstands, features a cover story entitled "Champions of Breakfast". It chronicles what the magazine calls 58 tasty places to start your day. WNKU's Steve Hirschberg asked Amanda Boyd Walters, Cincinnati Magazine's Deputy Editor, where the idea for the article came from.

Ohio's New Ban on Texting While Driving Begins Today

Ohio's new ban on texting while driving goes into effect, today. According to a recent survey by the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety, 35% of motorists of all ages admit that they text while driving; and nearly half of 18-24-year-old drivers say they text while behind the wheel. AAA spokeswoman Cheryl Parker explains the new law to WNKU's Steve Hirschberg.
