Tomorrow evening- Tuesday, September 11- the Montgomery County Commissioners are holding the latest in a series of public forums on an initiative called MCOFuture. It's an initiative to find ways to make the county more successful. The forum takes place, starting at 5:00 p.m., at Sinclair Community College in Dayton. Ohio's new ban on texting while driving goes into effect, today. According to a recent survey by the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety, 35% of motorists of all ages admit that they text while driving; and nearly half of 18-24-year-old drivers say they text while behind the wheel.
