The Federal Emergency Management Agency says more than four thousand Kentuckians who suffered in the recent storms and tornadoes have registered with FEMA for assistance. The agency also says it has approved more than $ 7 million for storm survivors in the state's 21-county disaster area. Bafalis says FEMA has opened nine disaster recovery centers in Kentucky.
