The new garage beneath Washington Park in Cincinnati's Over-the-Rhine neighborhood opens to the public this Friday.  WNKU's Steve Hirschberg talked about the garage and the park renovations with Anastasia Mileham, a spokeswoman for 3CDC, the Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation.

Cincinnati Police, along with federal ATF officers and the Ohio Parole Authority are announcing major results from a collaborative crackdown on violent crime in the city. WNKU's Steve Hirschberg reports.

The Christ Hospital says it's the first medical center in the Cincinnati region to test a new surgical treatment for high blood pressure.  The hospital is also recruiting new patients to take part in the surgical trial.  Dr. Eugene Chung is Director of Outcomes at The Christ Hospital's Heart and Vascular Center. He tells WNKU's Steve Hirschberg that high blood pressure is an almost universal problem, especially as we age. He says, in many patients, it's very difficult to control.
