ZIP Code System is 50 Years Old
This month is the 50th anniversary of the ZIP code. The United States Postal Service created the system in 1963 to help sort mail, but people have come up with lots of other uses since then. Chris Rider is Senior Technology Architect at NKU's Center for Applied Informatics. He talked with WNKU's Sara Dreibelbis about how he uses ZIP codes in his work.
