Xenia Seeks to Create National Historic District

A citizen led group in Xenia Ohio is working to get a portion of the city on the National Register of Historic Places in order to spur economic development in Green County. Mary Crockett, spokesperson for the Xenia Downtown Revitalization Committee says the designation will help increase tourism. WNKU’s Matt Kelley asked Crockett why it deserves historic recognition.
