What Police Officers from West Yorkshire, England Are Doing in Cincinnati

Richard Heslop and his wife, Laura Heslop, are both sergeants with the police authority in West Yorkshire, England. For the past several months they have been in Cincinnati. Richard Heslop is on a three-month Fulbright Police Research Scholarship. WNKU's Steve Hirschberg asked  him what he is researching.
