Cincinnati, OH – The lower end of Cincinnati's radio dial is in for a shake-up. WGUC is buying WVXU from Xavier University for 15 million dollars. The merger will likely mean changes in what listeners hear on both classical 90.9 and 91.7. WNKU's Jay Hanselman talked with WGUC President and General Manager Rich Eiswerth about the deal.
