Highland Heights, Kentucky – Attention chocoholics--a small town in northern Kentucky is hosting its 24th annual chocolate festival this weekend. Washington, Kentucky, which is now part of Maysville, has 350 residents. One of them is Phyllis Helphenstine, who originated and coordinates the annual festival. WNKU's Steve Hirschberg asked her if there's a special reason the Mason County hamlet decided to celebrate chocolate.
