Highland Heights, Kentucky – This year the U.S. Marshals Service has been celebrating its 220th anniversary. WNKU's Steve Hirschberg talked about the agency and its history with Senior Inspector Joel Kimmet, who is with the service in Cincinnati. Kimmet says the Founding Fathers created the marshals service in 1789, as part of the Judiciary Act that established the federal court system.
