Project Graduate Encourages "Near Completers" to Finish College

" Frankfort, Ky." – The Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education is launching a new initiative called "Project Graduate" to encourage people who dropped out of college, to complete their degrees. Spokesperson Sue Patrick says most "near completers" just need the right incentive to return to the classroom. Patrick explained how the program works to WNKU s Matt Kelley.
