Highland Heights, KY – With Thanksgiving behind us and December almost here, we're heading into the thick of the holiday season. On Friday, December 16th the second annual "Light Up OTR" celebration will take place in Cincinnati's Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. WNKU's Steve Hirschberg talked about the event with one of its sponsors, Micah Paldino, CEO of a local design, marketing and PR firm called Peanut Butter and Jelly Company.
