Piner Elementary Continues Support for Students After March 2nd Tornadoes

Many Students of Piner Elementary in Kenton County were affected by the severe storms and tornadoes that swept through the region March 2nd.

WNKU's Cheri Lawson talked with principal, Christi Jefferds who says the school was not hit but several students homes were wiped out or severely damaged. Although many were displaced and lost everything the children returned to school within days.
