People Working Cooperatively Help Neighbors with "Prepare Affair"

People Working Cooperatively will be helping homeowners get ready for the winter on Saturday November 10th. Spokesman Jock Pitts says the group will assist elderly and disabled people get a jump on the season by doing yard work and other household chores during this year’s “Prepare Affair”.
