One of Our Region's First 'Death Cafes' is Being Hosted By Arlington Memorial Gardens
In most circles talking about death is considered taboo or morbid but now
there’s a worldwide movement to change that and it’s coming to Cincinnati. The first meeting sponsored by Arlington Memorial Gardens of a “Death Café” is being held on Monday, October 21st at 7:00 p.m. The global movement was founded by Jon Underwood of England, and brought to the U.S. by Lizzy Miles, a social worker in Columbus, Ohio.
