Ohio to Test Emergency Alert System at 9:50 EST This Morning

Ohio’s Emergency Alert System sirens will be tested during a statewide drill at 9:50 this morning. Kelli Blackwell, spokesperson for the Emergency Management Agency says that given the polar vortex and flooding in the state recently “Severe Weather Awareness Week” couldn’t come at a better time. WNKU’s Matt Kelley asked Ms. Blackwell what people should expect.
