Ohio, Kentucky to Cooperate on Funding & Building Bridge with Tolls in the Mix

The governors of Ohio and Kentucky  have taken a major step in getting the Brent Spence Bridge rehabbed and a new bridge built next to it as quickly and cheaply as possible. WNKU's Steve Hirschberg reports.
