Northern Kentucky Helath Department Offers Free Testing on National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day

In observance of National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day, the Northern Kentucky Health Department is offering a day of free, walk-in rapid screenings. Spokesman Bob Ford sasy African Americans account for thirty three percent of all HIV cases diagnosed in 2009, but only account for about eight percent of the state’s population.
