Montgomery County Has Success with Reentry Program

Montgomery County, Ohio says it is having great success with a comprehensive program that works to keep ex-offenders from returning to a life of crime after they have been released from prison. County Commissioner Debbie Lieberman is also Co-Chair of Montgomery County's Reentry Policy Board. WNKU's Steve Hirschberg asked Lieberman why the program is needed.
