Kentucky Legislature Considers New Automobile Restraint Law for Children

The Kentucky legislature is considering a new law that would require children up to nine years of age, or fifty-seven inches tall to be secured in a booster seat when traveling in a car. Triple A spokesperson Cheryl Parker says that a recent survey of its members shows overwhelming support for the measure.  WNKU’s Matt Kelley asked Ms. Parker to explain what is being proposed.
