Kentucky Legislature again working on the Budget

Frankfort, KY – Kentucky House Lawmakers will be focusing on the budget tomorrow. Last week House Democratic Majority Whip Joe Barrows managed to keep his job after tryng to sneak some money into the spending plan. WNKU's Jay Hanselman talked with Kentucky Post Frankfort Bureau Chief Courtney Kinney about Barrow's problem.
