Kentucky Health Issues Poll: Kentuckians Split on Who Should Decide Whether Marijuana is Legal


The most recent Kentucky Health Issues Poll shows that they public is split about fifty-fifty as to whether marijuana legalization in the Commonwealth should be decided by lawmakers or citizens. Mary Francis, director of the Assistance for Substance Abuse Prevention Center known as ASAP told  WNKU’s Matt Kelley she finds the results “concerning.
