Jayne Sachs and her talented three-man band have been a part of the Dayton/Cincinnati music scene since the early 1990's; taking time off here and there to focus on the joys of motherhood. Jayne came out of the blossoming female-rocker scene of the 90's releasing three CD's that received that got plenty of attention.

After a short break, which Jayne spent raising her children and still playing gigs in the Dayton area, the Jayne Sachs Band released the 2005 album, Sutures. Sachs struggled with writer's block in the years leading up to the release of Sutures but overcame it in a big way, with a wave of creativity that is evident throughout the album.

Known for her excellent live performances, sassy and soulful vocals, and her bands' versatility, this group is truly a live treat. Be sure to catch The Jayne Sachs Band as they perform live on the next Studio 89.
