Hungry Pets Get Help From Recycled Doggies

" Cincinnati, Ohio" – The economy is taking its toll on families in many ways. But, one of the most heart wrenching decisions people are faced with is being able to afford food for their pets. Shannon DeBra of Recycled Doggies says shelters are being over-run because their owners can no longer afford food.
