Highland Heights, Kentucky – The Cincinnati area already has some of the key elements that attract young professionals to cities. That's the finding of a consultant's report compiled for HYPE. The acronym stands for Harnassing Young Professional Energy. It's part of the Agenda 360 comprehensive action plan being designed to help make our area more competitive in the global economy.
