Group Uses Event to Help Convince Tech-Minded Students to Stay in Cincinnati
By Steve Hirschberg
Highland Heights, Kentucky – A non-profit group called the INTERalliance of Greater Cincinnati was formed six years ago by businesses and educators. Its purpose is to stop the brain drain by finding ways to keep the best and brightest students from moving out of the area, and to get them to consider local careers in information technology. To help achieve those goals, the group has created an event called TechJAM 2011. It takes place next Saturday at the Millenium Hotel in downtown Cincinnati. WNKU's Steve Hirschberg talked about TechJAM with Doug Arthur, the Executive Director of the INTERalliance.
