Frankfort Plans for Beshear Inauguration

Today is a big day in Frankfort. Governor Steve Beshear will be inaugurated for his second term. It will be Kentucky's 59th gubernatorial inauguration. There is a variety of traditions that go along with the event. WNKU's Steve Hirschberg asked Beshear spokesperson Kerri Richardson to talk about some of them.
