Earth Calendar for September 28th and September 29th
MONCO Secure Document Destruction and Scanning will host a FREE opportunity to shred personal documents, old tax information and confidential papers from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Saturday, October 13th at their shredding operations center, 700 Liberty Lane, Dayton, Ohio 45449. The building is located immediately behind the West Carrollton YMCA. Donors are limited to a 10 box maximum.
Monco is an innovative employment opportunity for people with disabilities. With high speed industrial shredders, SDD is able to shred thousands of pounds of documents per hour. The shredded paper is sold to a reprocessing business where it is recycled. A portion of the proceeds are distributed to the workers at the facility. MONCO is a not-for profit organization administered by the Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS) that helps adult individuals with disabilities find employment and serves as one of the many opportunities that offer people with disabilities the chance to serve the community and work hard for their pay check. Protect your identity by participating in this free shredding event. Details at Monco's website.
