On Our Calendar: The Clermont County Park District is partnering with the Clermont Soil and Water Conservation District and the Clermont Office of Environmental Quality as part of the Great Outdoor Weekend. The Sycamore Stream Splash is scheduled for September 28th from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm and you’re invited to grab a net and splash around in the river searching for aquatic insects and other river critters. The bugs you catch will be used to determine how clean the water is. Bring boots or old shoes, and be prepared to get wet. The program is ongoing, so drop in anytime. More information at the website.
