Earth Calendar for November 30th and December 1st
Cincinnati Nature Center (CNC) is hosting an art show to commemorate the artwork of Charley Harper, a renowned Cincinnati artist known for his stylized wildlife prints and illustrations.
During his life, Harper donated his art for use by numerous local organizations including the Cincinnati Zoo, the Hamilton County Park District, and Cincinnati Nature Center. Harper designed CNC’s signature logo, which depicts five beech tree leaves. The art show will take place from December 6th through December 31st from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day at the Rowe Woods Visitor Center. An opening reception will be held on Saturday, December 8th and is free to the public. Remaining days of the art show are free to CNC members. Non-members pay a daily admission fee for adults and children. Framed and unframed silkscreens, prints and posters will be available for purchase during the show in CNC’s Rowe Visitor Center Auditorium.
