Apr 16, 2012

Your "green umbrella" - those things you do to help protect our environment - is vital to sustaining our community. Green Umbrella is an online community to help you learn about ways to expand your umbrella and track your green activities. You will be able to see your impact on your community and learn how to compare it to your family and friends. You will also discover how much money you are saving along the way.  Using less energy means spending less money and Green Umbrella will provide you with tips and recommendations to save you the most money. It's simple to participate. Just register your email address, complete your profile and start logging your green activities. You can even create groups such as your school or faith community so that your efforts are added to their totals. The quality of the region's environment needs attention and by joining together we can have a huge impact on the future of our communities and the health and well-being of our friends and neighbors. Visit Green Umbrella to learn more and get started tracking your umbrella.
