Communities Across Ohio Conduct "Point In Time Count" to Assess Homelessness

Each year agencies from communities across Ohio conduct a “Point In Time Count” to assess homelessness in the state. Montgomery County Project Coordinator Kathleen Shanahan says it’s a great way to get a snapshot of several different regions to evaluate the problem.
