City of Portsmouth Moves Ahead With Land Reutilization Foreclosures
The city of Portsmouth is continuing to move forward with its Land Reutilization Program following the successful sale of nearly a dozen tax delinquent or blighted homes and properties.
According to Health Department spokesman Andrew Gedeon , the city is already moving to foreclosure on sixty more properties. Gedeon explained how the program works to WNKU’s Matt Kelley (get in touch with the Portsmouth Health Department or look at the listings at http://www.portsmouthhealthdept.org/environmental-health/land-reutilization-program/available-properties).
