Cincinnati's Over-the Rhine to "Glow" During Holidays

A coalition of neighborhood businesses, non-profits and residents are planning a new holiday celebration the Over-the Rhine district in Cincinnati. Spokesman Sean Rhiney says the OTR Aglow competition will transform streetscape and attract people to experience the changes in the area.
