Cincinnati Park Board Sued Over Washington Park Rules

A group of community activists in Cincinnati is taking the Cincinnati Board of Park Commissioners and Director Willie Carden to court over regulations at the newly renovated Washington Park.  Josh Spring, spokesman for the Greater Cincinnati Homeless Coalition says that the litigants are upset about news signs and rules at the park because they are discriminatory. Though he’s not a party to the lawsuit, Spring explained to WNKU’s Matt Kelley what is at stake. (get more information about the Greater Cincinnati Homeless Coalition at www.cincihomeless.org)
