Boone and Grant County Libraries Offer Perks with Library Card

September is just around the corner; and it's National Library Card Sign-Up Month.  To mark the occasion, the Boone and Grant County Public Libraries are teaming up with area businesses, which are offering incentives to  those who get a library card. WNKU's Steve Hirschberg talked with Shaun Davidson, the Adult Programmer for the Boone County Public Library.
