Author of Bluegrass Baseball: A Year in the Minor League Life will Greet Fans In Northern Kentucky
Forget the overpaid and sometimes unmotivated players: America’s pastime is still the heartfelt sport it’s always been—in the Minor Leagues, says author Katya Cengel. The former reporter for the Louisville Courier–Journal takes us behind the scenes of minor league baseball in Kentucky. The seasoned journalist spent a year with the teams and writes about players and coaches she talked with and followed.
WNKU’s Cheri Lawson got a preview of the writer’s new book , Bluegrass Baseball, A Year in the Professional Life.
