" Warren County, Ohio" – The 12th District Appeals Court in Ohio is upholding the Warren County court's order to ban a mother from smoking around her child during visitation. The appeals court took the unusual step of making the decision by "taking judicial notice" without anyone presenting proof. The court cited overwhelming evidence of the dangers of second-hand smoke to children.
