Animal Hoarding Cases in Ohio and Kentucky in the Same Week

Within the last week, cases of animal hoarding have been investigated in Franklin County Kentucky and Montgomery County in Ohio. The actions resulted in the relocation of dozens of dogs and puppies to area shelters.
