Highland Heights, Kentucky – Today is the first day of the 10th annual Ohio River Way Paddlefest. As part of the fest, more than two thousand people are expected to take to the river in kayaks and other hand-propelled watercraft on Saturday. It's believed to be the largest such event in the country. Brewster Rhoads has organized the three-day festival since its inception. He tells WNKU's Steve Hirschberg that Paddlefest encompasses more than paddling from Coney Island to the Cincinnati Public Landing.
