Highland Heights, Kentucky – Governor Steve Beshear used the front lawn of a completed but unsold home in Northern Kentucky, this week, to sign into law House Bill Three. Highland Heights, Kentucky – Ground has been broken at Dayton's Wright-Patterson Air Force Base for a $40 million addition that will consolidate several units of the Air Force Research Laboratory. The expanded complex will add room for about 100 jobs that will be coming from Rome, New York and Hanscom Air Force Base in Massachusetts.
