Highland Heights, Kentucky – A new report from an organization called the "Trust For America's Health" says Kentucky has achieved eight of the 10 criteria used to measure preparedness of states for public-health emergencies and acts of bioterrorism. " Highland Heights, Ky." – Congress is considering the reauthorization of the FAA in-flight cell phone ban. Communications technology that allows people to use their computers for calls may be banned as well. Carl Biersack of the In-Flight Communications Coalition says people should be able to call home if there's a delay or emergency.
