" Frankfort, Ky." – Convicted drunk drivers in Northern Kentucky may have one more obstacle to overcome before getting back behind the wheel, if two bills under consideration in Frankfort become law. They would require ignition interlocks for first time offenders, and those with particularly high Blood Alcohol Content. Mothers against Drunk Driving are in favor of the new legislation.
