The Director of Content and Programming is responsible for the successful and flawless execution of WNKU’s daily programming and content as it relates to all delivery platforms, on-air, on-line and social media, which is our core service to the audience.

This position oversees the daily delivery of WNKU’s programming and evaluates its effectiveness with our audience.

The Director of Content and Programming must have a an understanding of the best practices of terrestrial and digital broadcast platforms and is a passionate advocate for transparent, inclusive audience participation in all aspects of the content creation process.

Every on-air/on-line element is the ultimate responsibility of the Brand Manager.

This position is also responsible for insuring that all programming is reflected successfully on the station’s digital platforms.

The Brand Manager is a member of the leadership team at WNKU. This position requires a love of program management, talent development and a high level of strategic planning.
